The Vision
Husband-and-wife team Alex Catotti and Erin Kobler will showcase their cuisine and craft by opening Restaurant Cornelia and The Vintner and The Baker in Durham, North Carolina in Fall 2026.
Bringing Michelin-level dining to the Triangle in an approachable, refined setting, Restaurant Cornelia will work alongside its sister concept The Vintner and The Baker to highlight the bounty of the American South through artisanal, seasonal offerings. With a focus on sustainability, both restaurants will harness old-world preservation and fermentation practices to create modern, elevated
gastronomy.
